April 2025
Catered a wedding for 150 guests over Easter weekend.
My printer decided yellow was the only colour worth printing.
My help decided not to show up.
It was me, the food, and God — and somehow everything got to the table hot.
Learned again that the backup plan is just you, moving faster.
Did not cry. Almost did. Chose not to.
Ate leftovers standing up at midnight and decided that counted as a victory dinner.
Still don't know how it all came together. Some things you just don't question.
